Eleven NGOs from 9 European countries have taken the initiative to consult on the migration-development relationship. They agree on the lack of transparency and recognition of co-development actions both in the host countries in the North, and in the countries of origin in the South.
In order to improve the practices of co-development and enhance their impact, the creation and animation of an European network appeared necessary. The network brings together European stakeholders (NGOs, associations of migrants, local authorities, research institutes ...) working on the relationship between migration and development.
